The (Costume) Party of No last night was awesome. Cindy McCain, Miss California, Teddy Roosevelt, Michael Steele, Sarah Palin (to the 3rd power), one polo enthusiast, many rich folk, and a few tea-partiers attended – amongst many others. For one night – one glorious night – the Republican party was full of promise, diversity, and specially priced drinks. And I, for the first time in my life, found the inner patriotism of a solid mustache, a distaste for Obama, and a total disconnection from reality. and if YOU love fredom as much as I do, as much as everyone shoold – pick up your own apparel too, and fight some Tyranny, we the people!
