Paladino Sinks to New Low
The Empire State Pride Agenda and City Council Speaker Christine Quinn are speaking out against Carl Paladino’s hateful rhetoric. While giving a speech to a group of Orthodox Jewish leaders in Brooklyn, Paladino made his views on gays and lesbians very clear:
I just think my children and your children would be much better off and much more successful getting married and raising a family, and I don’t want them brainwashed into thinking that homosexuality is an equally valid
Andrew Cuomo Announces Run For Governor
Andrew Cuomo released a short video this morning announcing that he will run for Governor of New York. He also released a longer video, 21 min, which I embedded below. In that video he outlines a wide range of his policy positions. The NYTimes also has a great interactive feature called Perspectives on Andrew M.
