Calling All Young Democrats! The New York State Young Democrats Caucus of Color is the office youth of color arm of the New York State Democratic Party. The Caucus has various positions still available. These positions include: Secretary Capital Region Vice Chair Upstate Vice Chair Central Vice Chair The Finance Chair We also have three standing committees: The Political/Communications Committee, The Outreach Committee and the Finance Committee.
