This Health care bill helps those who can’t help themselves, yet destroyes those who work and have fought to provide for their families. It shall destroy small business by the high costs of opperation, causing more to loose jobs. Let capitalism run its course Washington! True capitalism opperates perfectly, the best product for the cheapest price survives. Stop fixing what doesn’t need to be fixed. Americans will be better off without your so-called help. Youre turning the world to CRAP. If you would pick up a history book, you would see that history is repeating itself and socialism is not the way to go. Go research Karl Marx. His smarter than any of you dim wits and you could learn alot about scientific socialism and how it shall come about eventually if you would just stop trying to force it upon the people. The people you don’t listen you.

He left his constituents without representation, as they currently have no sitting Senator. And while “drop-kicked” is not a technical term, he lost his chairmanship and stipend for a time in July following his indictment – which was the beginning of Senate action against him, ending w/ his February expulsion. Hope that clarifies.

Huh again? He wasn’t expelled from the senate last summer. And he left his constituents without representation?

I mean there’s plenty to criticize Monserrate about, but you don’t help the cause by being negligent with the facts.

There have many numerous third party violations of the order of protection against Hiram Monserrate. The people should insist en masse that the Queens D.A. actively investigate those violations and then have Monserrate put in jail for them. Are the laws being enforced or not?

Then, who is paying Monserrate’s legal bills? We only know as alleged by Tacopina that they are deep-pocketed anonymous “friends.” And, who paid for Karla Giraldo to be represented by Glen Marshall? She doesn’t have that kind of money. If anybody in any way connected with Monserrate paid for Marshall to represent Giraldo during Monserrate’s criminal case, that was witness tampering. There were many other incidents that appeared to be witness tampering. A Monserrate staffer, for example, escorting Giraldo to and from the court when she was to testify is not acceptable and is blatant witness tampering. That was definitely a third party violation of the order of protection. Where is the Queens D.A. to enforce the law?

Finally, these religious “leaders” and churches, including Reverend Ricardo Reyes that have voiced support for Monserrate should have their tax exempt status investigated and taken away.
