Young Gets It Done: Our Generation is “Opening Minds”

While Albany attempts to solve its problems (and thus far, fails), we are still fighting for LGBT rights through our New Yorkers for Marriage Equality campaign.

Manhattan Young Democrats has been tirelessly working for marriage equality because we know youth can make a difference in more than just election campaigns. Thanks for acknowledging our hard work, Lynn!

We’re going to fight this one until the end of the Legislative Session, whenever that is, and if necessary, into next year’s session as well. We know all New Yorkers deserve the right to marry whomever they love, and as an added bonus, our economy needs the boost from holding all of these summer weddings.
